Want to lose weight by Running?

Want to lose weight by Running? Can running help you lose weight? Do such questions keep popping your minds? So, do actually running help ? Yes, it does, we all know. But this is what you are afraid of. Taking out that time and go for the run and continuing that routine.

It is true that the internet is full of articles about a quick fix to weight loss. We all want that yoyo fancy diets to be the only way to shed weight. Considering many people join a gym and start working out but the majority of us know that gym for a long run is not sustainable for us because all part of Indian homes doesn’t have a gym near their houses and it is not pocket friendly.

But as I said it should be sustainable everyone has the right to be fit and that right most of us take for granted that gym and fancy yoyo diet can only help shed our weight.  Think of it for a second, you know there are ways like running which you are not keeping as an option right?

One important thing we hear it make you being healthy routine a sustainable one. Don’t only focus to reduce your few inches from your waistline. What is required is to pull everyone away from the trap of focusing on weight loss alone.

Ideally, the fitness experts believe that running should have nothing to do with weight loss. The only fact that justifies and it is the most important one is the more we can participate in physical activity for the sole desire of improving our fitness and happiness, the more we’ll succeed.

I do understand, however, that this is easier said than done. Especially for those who are looking to lose weight because of medical reasons and societal pressures, this motive will always be part of health and wellness strategies.

But if you decide that you want to lose weight through running, change your mindset to ‘running for life’. The simple reason you can keep on this healthy habit is less you plan about it. Just a simple run can be feasible and effective. So, the less your exercise strategies revolve around weight loss, the more successful you’ll be. Not only will this shift help you establish a healthy habit that can be sustainable rather than an obsessive one, but you’ll remold your brain into appreciating who you are and what’s really important. This is the ultimate weight loss state…blocking out all of the outside noise and running the race as it was supposed to be run by you for your own good.

Keep running!
