The Container called LIFE

It’s not easy to go through life holding on to the things that are weighing us down – guilt, resentment, worry. The problem arises when we allow these things to take up space that should have been occupied by the rather better things. Imagine your life to be a container. You were created to be filled with joy, peace, creativity, prosperity, happiness and the likes. But if you allow negative forces in it, they push out the good things. There is not enough space left for the better things.

You can’t give above a hundred %, you have a limited amount of room in the container (your life). If you allow guilt to take up that space then you don’t have space for the confidence.

Do you need reasons why some people don’t enjoy their lives?

It is because their container, their heart is contaminated with so many things. They have 10% worry as they are stressed out over their job ,12% because of the bitterness for their friends, 20% guilt as they are beating themselves up for some opportunity that they did not take, then they wonder why they don’t have joy, creativity and passion left.

Now, you are not living your highest vision of yourself. The differences between where you are and where you want to be; begins with change; a conscious change. Your thoughts, words and actions to match your decision require a tremendous amount of mental and physical effort from you until your every thought word and deed evolves into a continuous choice.

This whole process is a massive move to consciousness. What you will find out if you want to take this challenge is that you have already spent half of your life and you were unaware of the conscious level of what you are choosing by the way of thoughts, words and deeds until you experience the aftermath of them.

Then when you experience these results you deny that your thoughts, words and deeds had anything to do with them. This is a call to stop such unconscious living. It is a challenge to which your soul has called you from the beginning of time. Give no place to guilt, give no place to the other negative thoughts, keep no place for bitterness. These things can’t come in and automatically take you over and control you.

What’s in your container? You control what you think about and what you choose to allow. Do you want to have all the negative emotions and negative feelings? You have to make the choice. I’m not going to give this jealousy this bitterness this anger valuable space and let it poison my life. I’m going to protect what I allow in me every morning. We wake up, we need to.

Empty out anything negative. Even If somebody offended you at work or didn’t treat you right, you have to be disciplined and say – “No. I am not giving this offense any room. I’m not going to let it ruin my day.” They hurt you once, don’t let them continue to hurt you by holding onto the events. You being offended is not harming them. It’s hurting you it’s taking up space you need for the good things.

Check every thought word and action that does not fall into harmony with your higher vision. Change to a new and positive thought then and there; when you see a thing that is out of alignment with your grandest idea, make a note block to say no to something like that again, when you do a thing that is misaligned with your best intention, decide to make that the last time. Every morning empty out the guilt, empty out the negative words.

If the negative things or thoughts come, don’t let them stay in. Let it pass on and keep your heart pure. If you do this, you are going to step up to a new level with more joy and more peace.
