Shear Your Fear

What is fear?

Fear is an emotion created by your mind based on real or imagined threats as what would I do if I don’t get a job, you are fearful prior to your graduation, and that the main issue.

Fear may be completely founded in reality…or not. People who fear all the time develop anxiety issues and trust me that is not a good condition to be in.

These pre imagined scenarios of perceived threat end up feeding your fear to the point where it becomes all-consuming and we fear to begin. These scenarios never happen but our overthinking causes a state of fear in us.

The real issue is not the fear itself sometimes you force yourself into it. As you see a snake and you aren’t scared,

so you are not frightened but knowing the fact that you have to be frightened by a snake you develop fear thus ear is something we hold in our minds. Time to shear your fear.
