When founded in 1984, the company was called PC’s Limited. In 1987, it adopted the name Dell computers. After merging with EMC Corporation in September 2016, it became Dell Technologies.
Dell’s CEO, Michael DELL, went to university to study medicine and turned out to sell assembled computers which he himself assembled in his dorm room at university.
Dell has nearly 2.000.000.000 (that’s 2 billion!) interactions with its customers every year.
Dell computer is used by North Korea Dictator Kim Jong-un. He also uses i-Mac.
Dell is the First, and only, company offering FREE computer recycling WORLDWIDE.
