In India, ‘Coders’ and ‘Migrant workers’ have some similarities.
-What they do is the HARDEST but they get lesser recognition.
-Everyone wants to manage them but few dare to get their own hands dirty.
-They don’t invest, time or money, in their own branding.
-Even after doing the hardest work, they are available for cheaper rates than others.
-They are available in large numbers and face livelihood issues even when an unrelated crisis arises.
Whether the hierarchy is organizational or social, the lowest level troops do the toughest job and get recognized the least. Get in their shoes (at least imagine) once in a while. You will know their struggles.
