Slave to your phone? A Solution.

Acknowledging the problem is the first step towards solving it. So let me ask you a question, Are you a slave to your phone? Do you even know if you are one? Here’s a simple and effective solution.

You may try to convince yourself with made-up reasons, but results won’t lie. A lot of people think that their smartphone is indispensable, and it may be true for some, but for very very few to be true.

For most, it’s real use is for 2-3 apps. In the name of using those 2-3 apps, we waste disproportionate time doing other activities on the phone.

Use your phone well. You may be wasting your future while watching some funny videos, messages, or reading news that will go stale in the next 1 hour.

A way to manage phone distractions is an app called “NoRoot Firewall”. It lets you disable Internet access to apps individually. You can disable access to all apps that you don’t need and enable it when you need it. So, You keep access disabled for unwanted apps and enable it only when you need it – an extra step but very worthy. Introducing this extra step in your browsing process will deter you from wasting your time many times during the day. Try it out. It works.

And it’s time to declare that you are no slave to your phone.
