Most organizations are giving Work From Home or paid leave options to their employees.
As employers, will you be willing to give paid leaves to your employees like house helps, drivers, nannies, etc.? All the logic by which people expect WFH from their organizations applies in the case of your employees too.
Some times, sit on the other side of the table and try to make some decisions to understand how easy or hard it is. Just like you will find it hard to run the household without your employees, organizations can not be run without employees.
Don’t consider Work From Home as a time to slow down, rather be appreciative of your organization’s initiatives and keep delivering as earlier.
