Overachiever around you make you feel insecure?

Do the presence of overachiever around you make you feel insecure, it’s quite obvious you do feel bad about yourself, though you try to keep yourself calm reading pieces like Don’t fall in the trap of jealousy but still you have fallen deep in this trap and it has become suffocating. That it has become a real struggle to live this beautiful life.

So even you keep yourself like, no more people around will affect my career choices, my living standards but even after all those pumping and motivational thoughts you fail to keep up with it.

That rise and fall with these types of thoughts keep us so occupied that coming out becomes difficult. And you have let your brain completely occupy with such negative thoughts.

Knowing that this melancholic mood and continuous complaining about your life will keep you in the same position of feeling low and jealous about others’ achievements.

You search how do I stop worrying, how I should focus on my own life and make it better. But this time again you fail to come out of it. As you can’t just read and let it go, to imbibe what you read you have to imply it.

So, do you really wish to lead this beautiful life comparing to others? No right! Think about what should you snip off and what should you start.

First thing first- stop comparing, I know it is something everyone suggests, but that is the solution, everyone goes through a phase where they feel, I should be better than this friend. Have you ever felt a sense of insecurity through Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos, haven’t they achieved more than your friend whom you are competing with? No right?

Why can’t you deal with that overachiever according to you the same way? You continue improving every day you will get what you desire, improving should be your goal, the way you are rising the other person is too if that becomes like How can I outcompete that person it is quite hazardous because then you will never feel contempt about your achievements. You are just running behind someone and that is not how should you live your life.

You dream big, every one of us does, but are you consistent with it, this is a place mostly lack since our brain likes to be in rest and lazy mood. And then it makes you think why am I lacking behind. You know this reason still you are comforting to take action over it after an hour. Do you know about the 5second rule, it is whatever you think of doing, do it now, if you delay it for more than 5 seconds, you are likely to forget it.

This what happens even if you read a great book or self-help book to keep yourself motivated, you just read it as  I mentioned earlier.

In the end

It’s normal to compare yourself with your competitors but just do overflow in that emotion of feeling insecure, come out of it work on yourself. Being happy is important, like it is the most important thing, even if you are not feeling, pretend that you are happy. Don’t see it as a downfall if you accidentally meet an overachiever. Be willing to change for good and never stop dreaming.

Repeat a lie often enough and it becomes truth.
