Staring at Mediocrity?

What is Mediocre Life?

Misery loves company, but so does mediocrity. Don’t let your fears, insecurities, and limiting beliefs of others limit your possibilities and your potential in life. In this article, we will discuss how you can change your mediocre life.

One of the most important commitments you will ever make is to proactively and continuously improve your circle of influence. You are gifted with your parents, you cannot choose another, but choosing the right friend is completely in your hands. Always seek people who will add value to your life and bring the best in you. And of course, be that person for others.

Researches have shown that we become the average of the five people we spend the most time with. Who you spend your time with maybe the single determining factor in the person you become and your quality of life.

If you are surrounded by lazy, weak-minded, excuse-making people you will become like them. Spend time with positive, successful achievements and inevitably their attitudes and successful habits will reflect on you. You will become more like them.

This is true in every area- success, health, happiness, weight, income, etc. If all your friends are generally happy and optimistic people, then you are going to naturally become more happy and optimistic just by being around them.

If all your friends are successful and earn X a year- even if you enter the circle earning far less, you will automatically be pulled up by their level of thinking and influenced by the habits they have established to be successful.  The important trait of these people is they never put you down, instead, give those proactive tips which they followed to strive for their goal.

Our Recommendation. Buy It Here…

On the opposite side, if most of the people you associate with are constantly complaining and focused on the negative sides of life, you will too do the same.  If your friends are not working on them to improve their lives, or they are struggling financially, then they are not going to challenge or inspire you to do any better. They will always want your attention to handling their crisis. These people always believe in drama.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of people who are trying to get ahead in life but keep getting pulled down by the people around them. This can be especially difficult when those people are your family and your close friends.

You must be strong and have to make sure you spend less time with people who don’t encourage and challenge you to become the best you can be by pushing away that mediocre life of yours.

Stop being friends with people who pull you down: This is difficult to do, you might feel bad. All your life you have been hanging with these people, partying, playing.  But do you realize their company is taking you nowhere? True friends want you to be happy and pursue your dreams; if they get upset about you being alienated by you, are they really your true friends?

Search for a new friend circle: In the world of social media, it is not hard to find people of your interest and whose influence inspires you. Several professional communities like meetup is a great option for connecting people of your interest.

Seek out people who believe in you, admire you, and can help you get where you want to go in life. You must actively seek out such people to improve your circle of influence. Choose your friends wisely.
