A lot of times we see articles and courses on how to deal with ‘uncertainty’. The truth is – nothing in a person’s life is certain. We are dealing with uncertainty right from when we were born.
There is a probability of a certain outcome. In some cases, you may think that the probability is so high that it is certain. But even then, a probability is just a probability. So, the question should rather be – how to deal with Probability? or should it be the same as how to deal with uncertainty?
The answer to the question is in one word – “Improvise”.
A balanced equation becomes unstable if a parameter on left side changes. To make it stable, your parameter(s) on the right side should change as well.
Things will change. People will change. Circumstances will change. Resources will change. The supposed outcome will change. And so, your plan or execution must change accordingly.
To deal with probability, first, accept that change is inevitable. Improvise when you see a change on the left side (inputs, circumstances) in order to keep your right side (plan of action) balanced.
